As the holidays are fast approaching, there are many individuals in our community who are struggling. Seasonal Affective Disorder and Depression throughout the holidays and for many months after can be debilitating for those living through it and for their loved ones supporting them. Seasonal Affective Disorder and Depression knows no race, age or gender, it can touch every family.
Please join us for a community conversation about Seasonal Affective Disorder and Depression. We will help give you a better understanding of these challenges and help by providing you with coping skills to survive the holidays without adding additional pressure to them.
