Join us at Brickworks Gallery on October 6 from 6 - 8 p.m. for a reception to celebrate the ACP Special Exhibition: Teen Spirit.
Entering its 6th year, ACP’s collaborative program with inpatient teens at Scottish Rite and Egleston hospitals has impacted participants beyond everyone’s expectations. Some very special volunteer photographers, led by ACP co-founder Corinne Adams, have been leading 400 teens a year to explore their identity (including or in spite of their diagnosis) through writing and photographic self-portraiture.
The exhibitions will be up throughout October at Brickworks Gallery and Atlanta School of Photography. These simultaneous exhibitions highlight the powerful teen portraits and writings (Brickworks) as well as behind the scenes and hilarious outtakes (ASOP).
