Join us at Restaurant Eugene on Wednesday, December 6th for an evening celebrating The Culinarians: Lives and Careers from the First Age of American Fine Dining, a book by David Shields. The dinner menu will consist of four courses that reflect the progression of fine dining throughout history, from 1790 to the present. Mr. Shields will attend the dinner and give a reading from his book.
The reception begins at 6:30pm and a seated dinner will follow at 7:00pm. Dinner is $125 and includes: four courses with wine pairings + a signed copy of The Culinarians. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant, 404.355.0321.
