Georgia Aquarium

Join Georgia Aquarium on Sunday, April 23 in celebrating Autism Awareness Day. From 10 am - 2 pm, families of children with autism or other sensory sensitivities can escape the hustle and bustle of the aquarium floor in our Indian Ballroom. This room is reserved for all families to enjoy aquatic wonders in a quiet space with neutral lighting, softer music, and special activities. Autism Awareness Day celebration in the Indian Ballroom is free for all Georgia Aquarium general admission visitors.

Additionally, Georgia Aquarium, in conjunction with Autism Speaks and the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, is proud to participate in Light it Up Blue. For the month of April, Georgia Aquarium will light the exterior and special areas inside blue in support of Autism Awareness Month.
