Cinco de Mayo: “Tequila: A Taste of Mexico”
The 5th of May (Cinco de Mayo) is the best time to sip fine tequila! And I’m not referring to José Cuervo Especial Gold (a mixto; the cheap stuff). Our menu is balanced with 1 Blanco (aka Plata), 2 Reposado (cask aged for at least 2-months and up to 364-days), and 3 Añejo (cask aged 1-year minimum and up to 3-years) (all made exclusively from Weber Blue Agave). If you like good whisk(e)y, you should find our tequila flight to be a nice surprise.
