Farm fresh didn’t start in America, so we’ll travel the world to explore and learn how to make real food, grown and produced by real farmers, but with the influence of Mexican, Mediterranean and Asian flavors. The farm will be coming to camp this summer as Moore Farms and Friends will provide farm fresh ingredients — donating fruits, vegetables, nuts, cheese and yogurts — for each day of camp. Chef Tracy will show you how to take foods grown and produced locally to create meals that are wholesome and delicious! These are recipes that will nourish and WOW your friends and family. All menus will be gluten-free and free of most of the top eight allergens. All recipes can and will be altered to accommodate any dietary need.
