Santé! Join Cooks & Soldiers on Sunday, July 30, to celebrate Fêtes De Bayonne. In honor of the festival, the team will be featuring a Fêtes De Bayonne-inspired menu in addition to regular service from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Specialty dishes include “King Leo” salad, bell pepper omelets, meats and seafood a la plancha, and millefeuille for dessert. Guests will enjoy traditional Basque music, images from past festivals, interactive grilling on the patio, Bayonne-themed décor and more. To attend, guests must take part in the traditional ritual of donning their best blanc – or white – outfit, and accessorize with traditional red kerchiefs provided by Cooks & Soldiers.
