Chef de cuisine Spencer Gomez debuts his inaugural gypsy chef series featuring chef Trey Rayburn, formerly of Athens' The Branded Butcher. An idea developed from an honest comradery and support for industry peers, the series centers on chefs whose restaurants are under construction, are in-between gigs or are just up for a weekend getaway. Gomez invites them for a fun day touring an Atlanta destination, followed by menu mixing for Saturday dinner and Sunday brunch. Saturday will feature late-night live music!
