Are you new to the field of grant-seeking? In this introductory course, discover what funders are looking for in nonprofits seeking grants and how to find potential funders. You will learn the ten most important things you need to know about finding grants, including: who funds nonprofits and what are their motivations, what do funders really want to know about the organizations that they are interested in funding, and how do you identify potential funders and make the first approach. Gwinnett County Public Library, in partnership with Foundation Center-Atlanta, is offering this Introduction to Finding Grants class on Tuesday, May 2 at 6:00pm at our Five Forks Branch, 2780 Five Forks Trickum Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30044.
