Chef Amanda Dew Manning is a Garden Chef at the Atlanta Botanical Garden and teaches cooking classes at Sur La Table, Whole Foods Market, and for private events. She shares her knowledge and love of "all things culinary" through education combining spectacular sensory experiences with stories of food culture and the pleasures of the table.
Gwinnett Library presents this free Meet & Eat workshop as part of its new Culinary Literacy Series. Join us as Chef Manning uses produce from the library's tower garden to create healthy, delicious recipes for you to taste. This class will take place on Saturday, August 5 at 2:00pm at our Hamilton Mill Branch, 3690 Braselton Highway, Dacula, GA 30019. All ages are welcome!
