Restaurant Eugene hosts Riverview Farms for a night of PORKliciousness!
On October 19, Charlotte & Wes Swancy, farmers & owners of Riverview, come to Restaurant Eugene to honor the long-standing chef-to-farmer relationship between the two businesses.
Guests will have a chance to meet & greet with Charlotte and Wes while enjoying a 5-course meal prepared by Executive Chef Chris Edwards. Each dish will showcase one or more parts of the heritage breed pork Riverview Farms is known for, paired alongside complementary wines.
