Linton Hopkins’ Restaurant Eugene unveils its new Friday feature: “Shift into Small Plates” in the Salon space of the restaurant, every Friday starting at 5:30 p.m., beginning July 14. Say hello to the weekend with a casual post-work destination, where you can enjoy a specially curated menu from executive chef Chris Edwards, sided by refreshing cocktails at happy hour prices. The menu will adjust weekly according to seasonal produce, but expect dishes ranging from $10 to around $30, along with a selection of cocktails starting at $15.
