Price: $75 per person, not including cocktails
Inspired by the current on-site exhibit of Le Mans winner Bob Akin’s famed Coca-Cola 962 and 935s, Restaurant 356 at the Porsche Experience Center is offering a special, Coca-Cola-inspired menu on select (non-holiday) Fridays in November and December.
Restaurant 356’s Executive Chef Ensan Wong (whose CV includes Pierre Hermé and Restaurant le Meurice in Paris as well as the French Laundry) has crafted an inventive and surprising menu. (See below.) The four-course Grande Cuvée COKE prix fixe is $75 per person, not including cocktails; the regular à la carte seasonal menu will also be available. Reservations are required. Both the PEC’s Heritage Museum and Restaurant 356 are available for special-occasion private events.
