Breathwalk is a walking meditation that combines breathing patterns that are synchronized with your steps and enhanced with mindfulness. A Breathwalk can be transformative by using the body to create effective changes in mental and emotional states. In this course, participants learn the theory, science and benefits of Breathwalk while experiencing a themed Breathwalk program each week in Fernbank Forest.
This series includes six course sessions led by certified Breathwalk instructor Joni Winston.
