Join Family & Consumer Science Agent, Ines Beltran, to get hands-on experience on food preservation through canning your own apple preserves! Canning is a great way to preserve fresh, high-quality food for future use and gives families the opportunity to know exactly what they are eating. Put to use empty jars around your home and start preserving fresh food that is free of harmful additives and preservatives.
