On Wednesday, November 14, at 6:30 p.m. Bistro VG will be celebrating Chef Pano Karatassos and his recently debuted cookbook, Modern Greek Cooking. Chef Pano and Nicholas Sousounis of Bistro VG will join forces with executive chef Jordan Chen and guest chef Piero Premoli of Pricci to share tastes of his beloved Greek culture. Guests will enjoy plentiful hors d’oeuvres, a Greek champagne toast, personalized copies of Chef Pano’s cookbook and live music! Tickets are $49 each including a signed copy of the book, food and drink. Tickets excluding the book are $34 each.
