November Project is the worldwide free fitness movement that some consider a cult... we start with a "bounce" chant, we give hugs not handshakes, and we work out year round (no matter the weather- snow, ice, rain, humidity, etc). Each of the 45 cities around the world are called Tribes, and Atlanta officially became part of November Project in October 2017.
Workouts are free for life, because the focus is about building community around fitness. No matter your age or your fitness ability, the workouts are geared toward everyone with circuit training, hill running, stadiums and body-weight exercises that encourage interaction with other tribe members.
You don't need anything, #justshowup!
