On March 21, 2018 at 6:00 pm, Chef Cyrille Holota and Michelin star Chef Stéphane Tournié will share the Le Bilboquet kitchen for Goût de France / Good France in Atlanta. Goût de France, also known as “the largest French dinner in the world”, is a unique global dining event held on five continents in over 150 countries to celebrate French gastronomy.
For one night only, Chefs Cyrille Holota and Stéphane Tournié will serve a fantastic four-course meal full of French staples and subtle, complex flavors. The menu features dishes that celebrate spring including poached duck foie gras in a lemongrass broth, sea scallops in Wasabi crust and rack of lamb roasted with sweet spices. This unique event will be $125 per person plus tax and gratuity and will include paired wine with each course. RSVPs are required for the event and a $65 per person cancelation fee will be applied if a reservation is canceled within 24 hours of the event.
