Revival is warming up spirits as the Georgia evenings cool down. On Sunday, Oct. 21, chef de cuisine Nicole Edwards and team are bringing in Charleston, South Carolina-based High Wire Distilling Co. for an exclusive Sip & Savor Spirit Dinner.
The evening includes a special four-course menu thoughtfully paired with four handcrafted cocktails featuring High Wire’s small batch spirits. The founders of High Wire - named James Beard Foundation semifinalists for Outstanding Wine, Beer, or Spirits Professional in both 2017 and 2018 - will be in attendance to meet, greet and share their story.
Located in the heart of historic downtown Charleston, High Wire is dedicated to making premium, small batch spirits. Their philosophy is simple: seek the finest ingredients available and develop recipes using a creative, culinary approach. All of their products are batch distilled in a hand-hammered, copper still to create the finest Southern spirits available.
