On November 30, a Kennesaw State University Culinary Sustainability and Hospitality program’s senior capstone project will present four course culinary journey featuring cuisines from India, Morocco, and Cuba.
A passport reception will open the journey with small bites from the three countries. Four course, formal banquet service will follow. Our menu is plant-forward, and allows our guest to choose between vegetarian/non-vegetarian options.
Ticket sales are now open - we strive to accommodate all food sensitivities and allergies. Please indicate the preference upon ticket purchase. All drinks and gratuity are included in the ticket price.
