Spring is in the air! Join Trees Atlanta for a leisurely bicycle tour of the Inman Park and Atlanta BeltLine Arboreta. The Inman Park Neighborhood tree canopy includes some of the most diverse ornamental and flowering trees as well as many one of a kind specimens, including: redwoods, osage orange, weeping katsura, and Sinojackia. We'll also take a look at the trees, wildflowers, and native grasses in the arboretum along the Atlanta BeltLine's Eastside Trail.
This morning tour is perfect for anyone comfortable on a bike (no need to be a super athlete). Helmets are required. The medium to easy ride will consist of many stops along a 2.5 mile route to talk about cool trees.
Meet at the Trees Atlanta Treehouse. Tour will depart by 9:30 am and end just in time to eat a Mother's Day lunch at one of your favorite lunch spots in Krog Street Market or along the Atlanta BeltLine.
Special thanks to the City of AtIanta for help supporting the Trees Atlanta tree tours!
